Welcome to The 20/20 Youth League
The 20/20 Youth League grants aspiring collegiate student-athletes a unique opportunity to take steps towards their goals as athletes with our low-cost and highly competitive summer basketball program. We aim to encourage, educate and equip our student-athletes with the tools to sharpen their basketball skills as well as prepare them for the future. Along with having organized and structured weekly games, The 20/20 League exposes student-athletes and parents to valuable knowledge to help improve their athletic high school and collegiate opportunities.
The 20/20 Vision
The 20/20 Youth League is a family friendly summer long event at The North Charleston Athletic Center that offers weekly keynote speakers, academic preparation, NCAA Clearinghouse Assistance in addition to a competitive 10-game regular season schedule. Founded by Travis Smith, Delonza Simmons, and Tre’ McLean, the 20/20 Youth League was created to be a competitive student-athlete development summer basketball league. Having successful basketball careers as coaches and players, the three Charlestonians agreed that the summer of 2020 should bring new life to the Holy City, and the idea of “The 20/20 League” was birthed. Using basketball as a medium to teach valuable life lessons and skills for boys and girls in their hometown; These young men believe that the creation of the youth league will further the progress of basketball in the Greater Charleston area because of the program’s emphasis on assisting young local talent reach their goals.
